We deliver Stageline mobile stages to outdoor events, and we build custom modular stages on location to suit every indoor staging need. 

What is the most popular stage model available?

The Stageline SL260 is our best-selling stage, ideal for events with up to 5,000 attendees.

Do you offer stage customization options?

Yes, we can provide custom-printed banners for branding and marketing awareness. We can also build out the stage footprint to suit any need or function, with our modular decking platform extensions. 

What areas do you serve?

We serve Austin and surrounding areas across Central Texas, including Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, as well as the Denver, Colorado area and surrounding areas including Aurora,  Lakewood,  Thornton, Westminster, Arvada, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Boulder, Longmont, Greeley, and Loveland.

How long does it take to set up a stage?

Setup times vary by model:

  • SL100: 30 minutes (2 people)
  • SL260: 1-4 hours (4 people)
  • SL320: 2.5-4 hours (4-6 people)

Are your stages safe for outdoor use?

Yes, Stageline stages are engineered to provide shade and shelter from the sun, rain, and winds (up to 115 mph without canvas).

Who handles the setup process?

Our Stageline-certified technicians lead and manage the setup and breakdown to ensure safety and efficiency. We can also provide the additional labor needed to build the stage, or our clients can take on the responsibility of providing labor hands for the necessary time. 

What certifications do your stages have?

All stages come with engineering certifications for structural design and rigging capacity.

What types of events are your stages suitable for?

Our stages are perfect for concerts, festivals, corporate events, community gatherings, and brand activations.

Can I use your stages for multi-city tours?

Yes, our mobile stages are designed for road-ready deployment and touring.

Do you provide additional equipment like sound systems or lighting?

Yes, absolutely, we can and should assist with sound and lighting solutions.

How far in advance should I book a stage?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability and ensure proper planning for custom or large-scale projects.

Can I rent a stage for a single day?

Yes, single-day rentals are available depending on your event’s needs.

Is transportation included in the rental cost?

Transportation is handled by licensed CDL drivers and is included as part of our service package, and will be included as part of our quote.

What happens if my event is canceled due to bad weather?

Contact us to discuss rescheduling or cancellation policies specific to your rental agreement.

Can I add banners or branding to the stage?

Yes, we offer custom-printed blow-through banners to enhance visibility for sponsors or partners.
